Dictionary: Pi (π)
Pi (π) is the ratio between the circumference and diameter of a circle — one of the most famous constants in mathematics.
π = circumference / diameter ≈ 3.14159265...
π is an irrational number — it cannot be written as a fraction and the decimals continue infinitely without pattern.
Circumference: C = 2πr
